Day, evening and weekend classes are available. Situated in a country setting, The Yoma Room welcomes you to experience a calming atmosphere away from the distractions of busy living. All classes are taught by Registered Yoga Teachers with training in classic yoga asanas, meditation and pranayama. Class sizes are small to provide every student with a more intimate, guided instruction.

- Gentle Classes
- For the student who needs or prefers a more quiet, restful, meditative practice.
- These classes may include students with special needs or health concerns.
- Explore gentle stretches, twists, breathing techniques and deep relaxation.
- Mixed Level
- Different levels welcome (go at your own pace)
- Restorative Yoga
- Relaxing twists and deep stretches using bolsters and other props. Six students maximum. Please reserve your space
- Sun Salutation Class
- A slightly more vigorous and flowing vinyasa practice.
Please wear comfortable clothing and refrain from eating prior to classes. Some of our students are sensitive to perfumes, so please refrain from wearing strong fragrances or scented lotions to classes.
