Dosha Assessment and Consultations Simple changes in diet and daily living habits are the beginning of a positive self-healing process for body and mind, and will help you manage stress levels and bring harmony into your life.
Understanding your personal Doshas (Prakriti) or Ayurvedic mind-body type is the first step in developing an Ayurvedic program. In a consultation, Dr.Lina will develop a personalized program of daily regiment utilizing Ayurvedic diet and lifestyle changes to support optimal mind-body wellness. A restorative therapy for improving overall health and balance!
Cooking Classes Cooking classes introduce you to the world of healing spices with a focus on incorporating them in daily meals in order to balance Doshas. Dr. Lina's cooking program emphasizes fresh food that has undergone Agni Sanskar (proper cooking techniques) to combine the nutrients that will nourish body and mind. Discover how to improve your health through Introductory and Poorna Cooking Classes, including visits to an Indian grocery store.
