Day, evening and weekend classes are available. The Yoma Room welcomes you to experience a calming atmosphere away from the distractions of busy living. All classes are taught by Registered Yoga Teachers with training in classic yoga asanas, meditation and pranayama. Class sizes are small to provide every student with a more intimate, guided instruction.
